There’s just something really special about people that call themselves Christian, but pour their efforts in everything that just isn’t. A South Korea court months ago acknowledged some rights for same-sex partners (same sex-marriage still isn’t legal in SK, by the way), and out of all days, thousands of SK Christians took to the streets to protest a minor decision made months ago. Supposedly hundreds of thousands attended, and I just find it disappointing and disgusting that anyone could feel threatened by gays having the same rights as straight people. It’s 2024 FFS; being a bigot is no longer cool and trying to justify it using a religion that technically looks down at equality doesn’t make any sense.
