There are two major cities that celebrate their pride parades and festivals really early: Tampa Bay and Miami. Both of these Floridan cities are close to waters, and experience humid, very uncomfortable summers, so that just makes too much sense. Tampa Bay celebrates its main events in March 23, while Miami celebrates their main events in April 13-14.
