I think I have already established myself as a person of many tastes, appreciating the endless complexities in beer, wine, whiskeys, and gin. Gin is a unique distilled spirit. In of itself, it’s just a neutral spirit (such as vodka), but with the essence of certain flavors, such as the woody/piney juniper, the mild black pepper taste of coriander, and whatever else manufacturers decide to add. Seagram’s Gin is exceptionally smooth and mellow, making it inviting for those trying gin for the first time or wish to take it down a notch, with emphasis on the somewhat fruity juniper and a hint of coriander. Kirkland’s Gin in comparison, is hardcore with its 90 Proof bite; to mellow, or to go intense? As you can expect, gin obviously goes well with tonic water (Gin & Tonic), juice (Gin & Juice). Seagram’s Gin also comes in a variety of different flavors.
