Tina’s Burritos: High Value

After feeling cheated and robbed everytime I had the good idea of trusting that restaurants will have reasonable prices, I simply had to go shopping at Walmart for quick, easy, and filling bites. It’s bad enough that traveling entails paying hundreds for hotels, parking and transportation! Tina’s Burritos are relatively large and filling burritos, and only for a little over a dollar! Usually you would expect significant compromises with something so cheap, but there really isn’t. The most economical burrito is the “Red Hot Beef”, which is somewhat spicy, and of course it is big, at 760 calories. It has plenty of meat, and is a surprising source of fiber and potassium, which helps to balance sodium intake. It is very easy to microwave too, but if you’re cursed with a hotel that doesn’t have a microwave, the burrito is already cooked, so you could eat it the way it is.
